Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If your order is returned to sender, we will refund your order minus the shipping cost you paid. If you received free shipping, we will deduct our shipping cost from your refund.

WeBeHigh is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they’ve been turned over to the shipping service for delivery. However, we want to make sure you’re taken care of, so please contact us in the event of a lost or stolen item.
